Continuous Drying and Sterilizing Tunnel Furnace Conveyor Belt
Furnace conveyor belt is mostly produced as honeycomb or cord weave belt. They both provides high strength for heavy load and continuous operation under high temperature environment. The conveyor belt has close mesh for high density and high strength surface with very smooth surface design. The belt can also come with chain edge according to different machinery application.
Each conveyor belt can be custom design according to specific application, such as folded side guard or side plate or chain rod etc.

Q: What's the lead time?
A: It takes 5-10 days for production in factory depends the total quantity. Each belt is custom made based customer side exact parameters.
Q: What's the available stainless steel model?
A: We can produce by all available stainless steel models upon customer requirements such as SUS201/202/304/310S/314/316L/430 etc. We will also help choose the right model according to customer side production requirement.
Q: what is the payment term?
A: 40% T/T in advance, the balance against the copy of B/L, also you can choose EXW in cash paid usd or rmb.
Q: can i order a sample?
A: of course, for the existing model we have, our factory would like to offer one or two pieces sample to customer and the air-freight charge shall be paid by customers; for customized model making shall be consulted.
Q: can we use our own shipping agent?
A:of couse you could.
Q: can you accept OEM service?
A: yes,OEM is acceptable, pls send email to us for more detail.
Q: How do I order?
A: If you can visit our company, we can fix all technical details quickly by live discussion. We can also send you drawing so you can specify needed configuration. Once the wire belt structure is confirmed, we will sign contract. We accept T/T & L/C payment.
Q: How can I verify the belt?
A: Before delivery, you can send engineer to verify it by agreed technical design.
Q: How do I make installation?
A: We will provide detailed instructions about installation process and offer necessary suggestions based our exact working experience.
